I haven't posted on here much. There have been lots of happy things that I could have told you about (Bella's birthday, evening out at Grand Rapids Art Festival, a week of relaxing vacation)....but I just never got around to it. Then there has been some bad stuff. We nearly lost Diego a couple weeks ago. He was hospitalized for 6 days and was finally diagnosed with a bacterial infection. Unfortunately there has been some severe damage to his leg from the swelling and bacteria. We now have a wound that covers his entire lower leg that needs to heal. This means that we have spent enough money on his hospitalization and bandage changes to put 2.5 kids through braces. Lucky for us we don't have 2.5 kids. Soooo, besides saving up pop cans ($.10 deposit return in Michigan!) we have entered this contest to see if we can raise some money. Please consider voting and tell everyone you know about it.
